Tom Longo
Tom is West Coast Director for the Meridian Flexibility System, a Certified Instructor and founder of StretchWorks. His education includes structural kinesiology, motor learning, anatomy, physiology, nutrition, personality theory, Hatha yoga and Chinese Medicine. His knowledge encompasses extensive study of the human structure, flexibility and strength training, and personality theory, plus over ten years of practical experience. Uniting these with his own creative passion for health, he helps others recapture their innate flexibility and strength as well as physical and emotional excellence.



Anne Caswell
Anne comes to yoga from a background in dance and improvisational movement. She has been studying yoga for 12 years and received her teacher training through the Advanced Studies Program at the Iyengar Yoga Institute of San Francisco.
Doran Christie
Doran, co-founder of StretchWorks, is a Meridian Flexibility Trainer. She has been studying the Meridian Flexibility System with Tom Longo and Bob Cooley for the last 5 years. She is also a Yoga instructor and is certified in NLP from Esalen Institute. Doran blends her training with 20 plus years of yoga and meditation study. This creates a powerful approach to increasing flexibility. Her many years of personal experience, and practical application in the corporate world, result in a well-grounded and strong intuitive understanding of the body/mind and how to create positive powerful changes.



Connie Habash
Connie Habash has been teaching yoga since 1993. Her passion is weaving yoga philosophy and spirituality into the practice. Ayurveda, Sanskrit, chanting, and the cycles of the seasons also inspire her classes. She additionally holds a Masters degree in Transpersonal Counseling and is a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist.
