Dara Torres was astoundingly successful at the 2008 Olympic Games in Beijing with Steve Sierra and Anne Tierney as her Resistance Flexibility trainers. She brought home a medal in each of her events, three silvers. She broke her own personal best time in the 50m freestyle trailing the gold medalist by 1/100th of a second! Dara accomplished all of this at the age of 41, making her the oldest olympic swimming medalist in history.

Dara still competes today and of course continues to use Resistance Stretching as her "secret weapon."
